Returns & Exchanges

At Offduty India, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached; our team will review the request and approve it within 24-48 hours.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for the first attempt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
